UT Showcase

All students are eligible to attend this event!

At this showcase, you’ll learn more about the University, our colleges and schools, and the resources and support you’ll receive as a Longhorn. You’ll also be able to attend our application workshop, where we’ll focus on the admission application, essays and resumes, as well as share helpful tips on choosing your major.

In attendance will be Director of Recruitment, Dr. Vitia Martinez.

Schedule for the Day:
10 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Exploring Academics and Student Support Resources
12 – 1 p.m.: Lunch
1 – 3 p.m.: Application workshop (optional)

The University of Texas at Arlington Maverick Experience

Maverick Experience is the most comprehensive opportunity to learn about UTA academics, resources, and student life, all in one place. This event is open to future first-year and transfer students wanting to learn more about the amazing opportunities at UTA. During Maverick Experience you’ll have the chance to learn about admissions, financial aid, and UTA’s academic colleges. You will also be able to take a campus tour, see our housing facilities, and receive help submitting your UTA application. Each Maverick Experience event begins at 8 a.m. and ends at approximately 3 p.m. A light continental breakfast and lunch are provided by UTA for you and your guests.
