“Before I had access to support, I was really just doing my work by myself,” said Brendon Jemerson. “I never heard of a TSI.”

“Writing essays or applying to college or even doing the FAFSA, I never knew any of that before I came to this school at Gilliam Collegiate Academy.”

On November 18, Commit hosts “Every Student Ready: A TSI Readiness Summit,” featuring Brendon’s success story. With the help of EIF Advisors and Gilliam teachers and administrators, Brendon went from not knowing what he would do with his life to pursuing his purpose with dedication, focus, and hard work at the University of North Texas.
