Offering more than 25 years of executive leadership, Shannon Page is passionate about providing equitable opportunities for underserved neighborhoods and families. Her unique multidisciplinary background spans educational attainment, community empowerment and economic growth in low-income sectors. Page is a valued executive team member known for her community connections, process/ program development, leading inclusive teams and developing corporate strategic focus to increase growth.

As Chief Program Officer at Education is Freedom Foundation, Page currently provides strategic direction and leadership to 41 High School programs and 42 middle school programs. Page and her team of over 100 college, career and workforce advisors, were instrumental in designing and facilitating a summer internship program adopted by four different City of Dallas Mayors. The EIF internship program has been benchmarked by many organizations throughout the country resulting in over 2,500 student summer internships and more than 100,000 hours in workforce readiness training for students.

In her previous roles with Xerox Business Services and Nordstrom, Inc., Page oversaw teams of 50+ employees and managed department budgets of $4+Million. By developing stellar processes and procedures, she led her department to win the national Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Page’s ability to lead teams to excellence makes her a value add to all organizations in which she has worked.

In addition, Page brings corporate, non-profit and community engagement via her experience consulting with the Foundation for Community Empowerment, J. Williams Research Institute, Dallas Urban Debate, The Links Inc, Tigerland Community Project, Vision Rejuvenation (Urban Specialist), Essential Elements for Education, CK Management Services and as the Young Adult Ministry Leader at Friendship West Baptist Church. In her spare time, Page is very passionate in supporting underserved communities with home ownership, planning high quality events and assisting our senior community with aging in place.

Page’s education journey includes a degree in Merchandising and Design, certifications in Project Management, Marketing, Web Design, Adobe Suites, as well as a wealth of business leadership trainings and supports.
