About The Position

The Advisor Manager is a results-oriented, data-driven leader responsible for ensuring

EIF’s advising model is implemented with fidelity and excellence across multiple

campuses. This role demands exceptional leadership, discipline, operational oversight,

communication skills, and analytical rigor. The Advisor Manager develops and

empowers Lead Advisors to function as campus-level leaders, ensuring all advising

activity translates into measurable outcomes.

This position requires strong ownership of outcomes, high visibility across schools, and

proactive communication with organizational, district and campus leadership. Advisor

Managers are the engine of accountability for student advising impact—driving

measurable progress toward EIF’s key performance indicators (KPIs) in college, career,

and workforce readiness.


Leadership Development & Team Management

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of campus-based advisors, developing Lead Advisors

into high-performing site leaders who drive campus results.

- Implement a structured leadership pipeline that includes quarterly goal setting,

performance reviews, and data-driven coaching plans.

- Conduct biweekly one-on-one and group performance reviews anchored in campus

data, outcome metrics, and goal attainment.

- Establish clear expectations for advising quality, productivity, and impact, ensuring

consistency across campuses.

- Hold advisors accountable to outcome metrics including student contact rates, goal

documentation, FAFSA/TASFA completion, test preparation, and postsecondary

planning and confirmation.

- Serve as key members of the hiring process, to select and retain highest quality advisors

and lead advisors

- Present professional development aligned with organizational, district, and campus

goals, and actively support quality design and delivery of professional learning

throughout the year

- Oversee daily advisor attendance

- Monitor advisor work product in collaboration with lead advisor, using data to identify

and correct issues

Measurable Outcomes:

- 100% of advisors have active professional development goals and receive

monthly documented coaching.

- 90% of Lead Advisors meet leadership growth benchmarks and demonstrate

measurable campus-level improvement.

- 100% of assigned advisors meet or exceed EIF’s advising activity and outcome

thresholds. Those who are below expectations have a PIP in place.

Program Execution & Campus Presence

- Maintain a daily presence on campuses, actively observing advising sessions, student

engagement, and campus climate.

- Lead weekly data huddles to analyze student progress, identify trends, and design

responsive intervention strategies.

- Coordinate with school administrators to align EIF advising activities with district and

campus strategic plans.

- Manage implementation of key advising milestones, including college applications,

financial aid submissions, and workforce credential attainment.

Measurable Outcomes:

- Each campus demonstrates year-over-year growth in advising impact (e.g.,

FAFSA/TASFA rates, TSIA readiness, enrollment confirmations).

- 90% of students served have documented college and/or career plans aligned to

a living-wage pathway.

- Weekly campus fidelity checks are logged and reported to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Communication & Accountability

- Serve as the primary liaison between EIF and campus leadership, owning all

communication, data sharing, and performance updates.

- Deliver concise, data-informed reports and presentations to principals and district

partners.

- Establish feedback loops with stakeholders to address barriers and sustain alignment

with district goals.

- Work to retain campus as a client, identifying challenges and responding up the chain of

command to satisfactorily address concerns.

Measurable Outcomes:

- Managing Directors of Programs receive biweekly written updates summarizing

advising impact, student metrics, and improvement plans.

- Campus partner satisfaction scores exceed 90% across assigned schools.

-90% of routine operational questions are resolved by the Advisor Manager

through consistent and clear communication.

Data-Driven Management & Continuous Improvement

- Own all aspects of data management for assigned campuses—ensuring daily, weekly,

and monthly data integrity in EIF systems.

- Train advisors and Lead Advisors in data literacy, ensuring consistent entry, validation,

and interpretation of metrics.

- Lead quarterly data reviews with leadership to evaluate impact, identify

underperformance, and drive course correction.

- Analyze trends across campuses to inform organizational strategy and resource

allocation.

Measurable Outcomes:

- 100% of campuses maintain accurate and complete advising data in real time.

- Monthly performance dashboards reflect measurable progress toward EIF’s

organizational KPIs.

- Data error rate remains below 3% for all entries under supervision.

-90% of advisors on case load are rated proficient or above, based on KPIs and

program implementation. 100% of advisors who are not meeting expectations are

on a PIP.

-Each campus on case load demonstrates YOY growth in advising impactg (FA

submission, top 10% enrollment, TSIA readiness, overall enrollment, etc)

-90% of students served have documented post secondary plan aligned to a living

wage pathway.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in education, counseling, leadership, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advising, educational leadership, or program management with direct staff supervision.
  • Proven ability to lead through metrics, manage by data, and sustain accountability systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in dashboard tools, CRM systems, and outcome reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and coaching emerging leaders.
  • Must be based in Dallas County and able to provide daily onsite campus support.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
